Program
Courses will start on Wednesday September 18th at 9h and finish on Saturday September 21st at noon.
Courses will be held at IBMC (Institut de Biologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire): 15 rue René Descartes 67000 Strasbourg (down town Strasbourg).
The courses will cover theoretical and practical aspect of:
- X-ray data processing (diffraction and SAXS)
- Phasing, refinement and validation of structures
- Crystal model and data quality
- Integration of data from different experimental sources (X-ray diffraction and diffusion, cryo-microscopy), structure prediction to solve difficult problem (macromolecule reticent to crystallization, large complexes).
This training course will contain full lectures and practical sessions. Full classes will be done in the morning sessions and practical will be organized each afternoon in subgroups that will be rotating (3 topics).
